The charm of the home and subdivision is unmatched in South Padre Island and along the Texas coast.
Villakar is a beach house that allows families to stay together, but have privacy as well. Splash in the private pool or snooze on the private sun deck. Villakar is just a few steps to the beach, a one minute walk takes you across a private brick paved street and over a dune walkover to the beach. While soaking up the rays and local beach culture, you can rest assured you have the amenities you need - Free WIFI, in-home Washer/Dryer, attached garage, large living room with ample seating, dining table with seating for 8 & seating for 2 at the bar. Kitchen is well stocked and includes everything you need to make your favorite meals.

Master Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom, 2 separate showers & double sinks, located on the third floor
Second Bedroom: 2 Queen beds & private bath, located on the third floor
