The Owners of Casa#237 have completed an incredible remodel. Top of the Line Kitchen & Bathroom with an amazing walk in shower. They have also ADDED A 2ND HALF BATHROOM! Wow! Very rare and special amenity, nearly unheard of at the Casa De Emdeko, so 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom!
This Deluxe, Largest 1 bedroom Floor plan at the Casa De Emdeko features a generous 920 interior square feet, and is positioned in a fantastic location in the development. It's only one unit off the front of the building nearest to the ocean.
This 2nd floor condo has a spacious lanai for outdoor dining or sunbathing! From the large private covered lanai you'll have a big view of the ocean just a few steps away; with plumeria trees, palms, and the big round saltwater pool at the ocean's edge. There's another delightful freshwater swimming pool close by, in the gardens near the fountains. At sunset the conch is blown and the tiki torches lit for your mellow evening barbecuing on our gas grills or relaxing on the lanai.
The Bedroom has a King sized bed with it's own private bathroom that features 2 sinks, and a gorgeous huge walk in shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped to comfortably make meals for your group.
Central Air conditioning to keep cool in Hawaiis heat! There's a sleeper sofa in the Living room that's a "Full" Sized sleeper.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Elevators are at the complex too!!

4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Casa de Emdeko#237 will be met by Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!
Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.
*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.
Unfortunately, there will be no air conditioning at the residential or commercial buildings for five days because the chiller system will be turned off for repairs.*

If you had children you could not stay there because of the danger to stop any children going onto the lanai without supervision also anyone who is not strong would not have been able to move the door.
We spoke to management at the complex who were well
aware of the problem we encountered.
The owners had placed a blue sponge over the top mattress which was most uncomfortable and hot also the linen did not fit the bed properly we were paying customers and should have been treated accordingly. There were not enough wine glasses or flutes always appears to be one missing.
The bathroom was wonderful. The grounds were beautifully maintained.
Renovation was top notch. Great master bath and separate powder room. Nice desk adjacent to the kitchen. Room for indoor and outdoor dining.
Overlooks beach area, salt water pool and great view of the ocean.
Will definitely look for an opportunity to return.
