Description
Bigfoot Retreat is a single-level, 1,232-square-foot cabin in a prime location just ½ mile from Lake Lodge Beach and playground in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. With modern amenities and outdoor seating with a canopy, this home provides a peaceful retreat near Yosemite National Park, just 25 miles away.
The home features WiFi, four TVs, four DVD players, a CD player, an AM/FM stereo, and central heating and air conditioning. A woodstove, four ceiling fans, and one portable fan provide additional comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, and disposal. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use.
Guests can relax on the deck with seating for eight, enjoy the gas BBQ, or unwind by the gas firepit (propane not included).
No pets or animals are allowed.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.
Parking & Accessibility
Level driveway parking is available for 3-4 vehicles.
