For access to the slopes, the Beaver Run Super Chair and the Quicksilver Six Chair are both located at the base of Beaver Run.

The living room lights are to bright. The sofa in the living room needs replacing. The dresser drawers are not easy to open or close. Other than those few issues the property is very nice.
