Completed in July of 2006, this deluxe 1 bedroom 1 bath condo comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and granite bath surrounds. It has a king bed in the bedroom, with a Sealy iComfort mattress, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that can sit 4. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas. This unit has its own personal wrap around balcony with great unobstructed views of the gulf and a table with 4 chairs.

Please be informed that this unit only allows dogs. The maximum number of dogs is 2 no exceptions. There is a $25 per pet per day pet fee applied and will be collected by the Host upon arrival.
