Description
Welcome to “Beachcomber”, a cozy villa reminiscent of the tranquil days on Anna Maria Island. This charming duplex is only 3 houses or a short 300 ft to the direct beach access to beautiful Holmes Beach.
When arriving at “Beachcomber”, you will pull up and park underneath the carport. There is parking for 2 cars only but don’t worry the Island is very walkable and our free island trolley is only a short walk away.
Head up the stairs to the spacious deck where you will enjoy relaxing in the warm Florida sun. Enter the home through the sliding glass door, where you are greeted by a open living room concept with living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The microwave is a convection oven/air fryer/microwave which can accommodate large dishes. There is no normal full size oven. Off the left side of hallway, you will find 1 bathroom with a shower and single sink, followed by 1 bedroom with a King size bed which can be converted into two twin beds. Enter the master bedroom on the right side of the hallway. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub and single sink.
There is a twin sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate a total of 5 persons.
Beachcomber features professionally laundered premium quality linens exclusive to our guests at Property Manager.
You have the ability to stay connected on free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back and relax, turn on one of the TV’s and catch a flick or watch your favorite shows with your personal streaming login.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
