Estero Island Beach Villas is a tropical beachfront vacation destination located in the quieter North end of Estero Island. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath sixth floor gulf-front condo with a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants and night life found at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ease your arrival. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, linens, towels and private laundry.
Entry is via elevator to the sixth floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/nautical. The kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling plus everything necessary to create full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Only bring the food! There is plenty of quartz counter space with tile backsplash and under-counter lighting, as well as a dual stainless-steel sink with disposal. Appliances include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, air fryer, coffee maker, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator with side-by-side refrigerator doors and a pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker. There is a quartz-top island with three bar stools and more cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with an L-shaped sofa with pull-out sleeper-sofa on one side and ottoman on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a stunning fireplace, above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in lanai with a bar table with two high-boy bar seats and two stools, as well as a sofa, end table and coffee table. You will be delighted by the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.
The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a tall double dresser with wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV above. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom provide access out to the screened in lanai, and the view from this bedroom also offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
