Located just half a block from the beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
The home features a spacious living area with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and the dining table seats up to 8 guests. There is also a private balcony with extensive seating and tables to dine al fresco and rocking chairs to relax and read a book.
The backyard is where all the fun happens! There is a private heated pool and hot tub with plenty of room to lounge. You can also grill out on the BBQ grill and enjoy a meal poolside. The air conditioned game room is steps away and is outfitted with Ping Pong, a 55-inch TV, two foosball tables, shuffleboard, and a full-sized refrigerator.
The home sleeps up to 15 guests comfortably with none of the bedrooms sharing a wall. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, on suite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. The second upstairs bedroom and third bedroom downstairs both feature a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom features two full/twin bunk beds. Up to one dog may join you for a nominal pet fee and refundable pet deposit (20 pound weight limit).
