Building amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool, snack shack, elevators, onsite security, and you are merely steps to the beach and ocean. Basic cable, washer/dryer, full kitchen, multiple TV's, and central air conditioning are a few of the many amenities offered with this unit. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony.
