Aspen View Getaway is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Prospect Mountain and a 5 minute drive to the gorgeous Rocky Mountain National Park. It is an updated and relaxing retreat away from everything, yet also close to lively downtown Estes Park for shopping and dining.This comfortable home is available for extended stays of 30+ nights minimum reservations. Aspen View Getaway is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy cottage that sleeps 8. The main level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level, with a walk-in shower downstairs. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious combined living/dining area with seating for six, and a comfy living room to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and beautiful mountain views. Head downstairs to the rec room to challenge a game of ping pong, or relax watching a movie on the large flat panel HDTV. A large laundry area is off the rec room with access to the private washer and dryer. The roomy deck welcomes you to appreciate the view and the quiet, and maybe even see some wildlife that wander the area. You will also enjoy the propane grill for cooking out, and a gas fire pit for evenings while watching the sun set behind the Rockies. The home is equipped with Broadband high speed fiber Internet/WiFi and has two large HD Smart TVs for streaming your favorite apps including YouTube TV which is setup for your use and available for free. A perfect family getaway to unplug from the real world, yet only 5 minutes from downtown Estes Park. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
