The Space:
Come check out our cute and cozy beachfront condo at Aquarius in a super walkable location! Why come to one of the best beaches in the US and not say directly on it? This value priced space makes it possible.
Aquarius #908 is located on the 9th floor and offers sweeping bayside views. Although the complex is beachfront, this condo provides bay views—perfect for sunsets and fireworks.
Just 90 feet from the Gulf of Mexico water's edge, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a nice place to relax and unwind on sunny South Padre Island. The Aquarius Condos complex offers a heated (seasonal) pool, year-round hot tub, and beautifully landscaped grounds. While this is a smaller 2 bedroom, the location is just unbeatable for nightlife & dining
One unique feature is the outdoor patio by the pool with common area BBQ charcoal pits for fun outdoor grilling (first come, first serve) while your kids enjoy the pool.
If you want to visit the beach, there is a private beach entrance with a shower for washing off sand at Aquarius. Need a bite to eat or want to see live music? The entertainment district is just 2 blocks away, so you don't need to drive.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify.
For those who need to work, the condo has suitable high-speed WiFi (though sometimes spotty on the Island from Spectrum) it usually is fine.
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, and dishwasher pods (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.
The property has a staffed front desk and coin-operated laundry for guest use. Just one off-street parking space is included, and there is a gate with a code.
Need more than one condo? We have a few here and can sometimes book multiple units together—please message us.
The condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi internet, and sleeping accommodations for 6. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twins. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate 6 guests. An airbed is also provided; please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the sleeper sofa and/or airbed.
It's important to read all house rules before booking, as we have a strict cancellation policy and want to avoid any disappointments. Thank you very much for considering our Aquarius condo, and are here to assist you during your stay. As mentioned, this property includes free parking and provides linens and towels. Please note in March this property does carry an additional $25 + tax wristband fee for guests the HOA charges.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and be present at check-in. Please contact us prior to booking if you are under 25.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Sign via Docusign prior to arrival to receive a door code. Provide your email address and photo ID to verify age.
