From the main living area sliding doors open into the sunroom extending the living area, and offering views of the canal. Owners have completed significant updates to this home including an all new main level kitchen with new cabinets, refrigerator, dishwasher and stone countertops. Furnishings have been updated and are comfortable and inviting. A ground level kitchen has been added to this home as well! It has double doors that open to the outdoor living area with BBQ and new outdoor furnishings, including an outdoor TV. For the boaters in the family, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite. The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride, and you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in no time.
