Welcome to our stunning 4 bedrooms home which sits close to Tower Lake, close to shops and restaurants. The home itself is full of upgrades such as 2 Master suites, internet, Wi, TV's in all bedrooms. This executive home is the perfect location for your vacation! With easy access, just minutes from all the theme parks and attractions, however still peaceful enough when you return to relax by the pool and enjoy the sunset.
This home is located in a fantastic area, close to some of the worlds most amazing golf courses and driving distance to the amazing Orlando outlets where you can enjoy the amazing shopping experience it has to offer , also on you doorstep are some fantastic restaurans to choose from ,It is also 5 minutes away from a small town full of unique shops and close to the walmart superstore. This beautifu lvilla with it's private pool, which soaks up the sun all day.
The villa is in a gated community with lake and guard 24/7.

It is located south on US 27 from I4 which means you can be at the gates of Disney in just 20 minutes avoiding the traffic jams at I92. This beautiful location has something for everyone. For big and small kids, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Aquatica are all 15 to 20 minutes away
For golfers, the excellent golf courses is just a few minutes away: Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman, where PGA Championship Golf are held; Southern Dunes, which is currently ranked 6th in the “Best Places to Play” in Florida.
For those who prefer a slightly slower pace, the lake is right on the doorstep. Tower Lake provides fishing for bass, etc. and boating for those discerning fishermen out there, but bring your own tackle. It has some of the best bass fishing in the Orlando area. It has its own private boat ramp, fishing and boating dock, water sports, and picnic area which is just around the corner of my villa. If you want to go shopping, Posner Park, the new 500M development of exclusive shops, restaurants, and theaters, is just a short drive away.
There are restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets close by, including a large Walmart, Burger king, Mc Donalds, KFC, Culver s and many other restaurants within a 5 mile radius
