This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 4 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor area of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $2300 per month from October-April. Monthly rate does not include taxes and fees.
