Welcome to Above Par! You will love this home! On the main floor, there is a great room with comfortable new couches that surround a flat-screen TV and fireplace. A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home-cooked meals. Plus a dining room that has lots of seating for dining in or playing games. This open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is the perfect place to entertain. The master is on the main level with a huge master bathroom. The master bathroom includes a garden tub and a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, body sprayers, and a removable shower head. You can walk through the master closet into the laundry room which is available for use. There is a half bath downstairs as well. The patio has a grill and a patio set for outdoor living at its finest.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. There is a second master suite with two queen beds and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and a TV. There is another full bath across from the awesome second living space that has a kitchenette. A fun balcony is located off the loft where you can sit and watch golfers play on one of the finest courses around or enjoy an amazing sunset.
Every family member will be able to find something to do in this fun, family-friendly environment. Walk outside and you’re steps away from the pool, putting green, and fishing pond. Jump in the car and explore everything that southern Utah has to offer.
Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure!
