ABOUT WINSTON AT ROSEMARY, CARRIAGE HOUSE & FLAT:
Welcome to Winston at Rosemary incorporating the Carriage House & Flat. This exceptional property boasts a private pool and is ideally situated on the border of Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach, offering a prime location to savor the best of 30A's charming shops, acclaimed restaurants, breathtaking beaches, and memorable experiences along 30A. The main house, accommodating 14 guests with its 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, plus hall bunks configuration spanning the second and third floors, features a spacious gathering area in the full-sized kitchen/living room that overlooks the inviting pool area. The carriage house, providing accommodations for 4 on the top floor and 2 on the bottom floor, both outfitted with kitchenettes, caters to larger families or groups seeking ample space while still enjoying a touch of privacy.
Upon entering the main house on the first floor from the pool deck, guests are welcomed into a generous open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, complete with ample seating for dining or entertainment. Ascend via stairs or elevator to the second and third floors, where the bedrooms and expansive balconies await. The second floor features a luxurious King master suite and an additional King bedroom, while the third floor offers another King master suite, a second King bedroom, and 4 full-sized hallway bunks.
The Carriage House boasts two distinct entrances: the first-floor entrance features a King bed and separate living space, while the second-floor entrance, accessed via stairs, offers a Queen bed in the alcove and a King-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
With exclusive access to a private pool, close proximity to the beach, off-street parking for 3 vehicles, and its convenient location near Rosemary Beach, this property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.
