Located 1 block from the beach, this condo is the perfect space for couples, friends, and families alike. As you enter the unit, you will be enchanted by a bright and crisp ambiance that will set the mood for extreme relaxation during your stay. The 1-bedroom condo features an open layout boasting a full-sized kitchen, breakfast bar, combined dining and living area, master bedroom, master bathroom, and a private den featuring a pull-out sleeper sofa (up to 4 kids under 13 years old stay for free).
This luxury condo offers a spacious balcony where you can sit back and enjoy a morning coffee or admire wonderful beach sunsets while you drink a glass of wine. You will be delighted with views of the mega- yachts that sail through the Intracoastal waterway and can also admire the partial Atlantic Ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make wonderful family meals for those nights when you don’t feel like eating out, and the living area is the perfect space for lounging after a long day of fun in the sun!
The master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows offering partial ocean views. A king-size bed dressed in luxury pillows and linen. Walk-in closet to store all of the family belongings. The master bathroom boasts his-and-hers vanities offering plenty of storage space. A spacious walk-in shower designed with spa-inspired touches. A private den featuring a wall-mounted TV and a full-size sleeper sofa connects to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom for living comfort. The unit offers a full-sized stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

The golden sandy beach is 1 block from the property and we have equipped the unit with beach chairs, floaties, and other props that you can make use of. The property is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops, and the best of Fort Lauderdale Beach nightlife. Bicycle and scooter rentals available to explore the area. Less than 10 minutes by car or by ferry boat if you prefer, you will find "The Galleria Mall" where you can shop away at the finest stores available in South Florida.
