No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.
This beautiful first floor two bedroom, two full bath corner villa is in one of the newest communities in Barefoot Resort. Willow Bend is a private community surrounded by the Greg Norman golf course. Willow Bend has its own community pool outfitted with lounge chairs, umbrella tables and a BBQ area with picnic table, all just steps from the front door.
This custom decorated villa is turn key and nothing has been left for our guests to provide. You will find fashionable, comfortable furnishings in every room. Relax on the posh sofa. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player complete with plenty of movies for your enjoyment.
The master suite hosts a full walk-in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, triple dresser and beautiful king size bed. A second bedroom suite has twin beds, ceiling fan another flat screen tv, chest of drawers, large closet and is on the opposite end of the villa from the master suite. The second full bath is just outside the door.
All chefs will be delighted with the impressively appointed and open kitchen, complete with full size major appliances and all essential kitchenwares needed for preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal. Keep the chef company at the open bar area and then enjoy your meal at the casually elegant dining table or even outside on the lanai while you enjoy the typical evening breezes drifting in from the oceanfront.
