Welcome to a luxurious, newly constructed canal-front five-bedroom, four and a-half bath private home with heated swimming pool and spill-over spa with a fenced-in back yard, and just steps across Estero Boulevard to seven miles of sugar sand beach. This home is only about a 5-minute walk to the bustling Times Square, Lynn Hall Park. This property's close proximity to the Matanza Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This vacation destination is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are just a short walk away. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips. This home has many high-end features, including complimentary WiFi, laundry rooms on the second and third levels, one enclosed garage, an outdoor gas grill near the pool, high-end furnishings and decorations, ceiling fans, and architectural tray ceilings throughout and all towels and linens are provided.
On arrival entry is from the garage on the right side into a furnished lower level foyer where you will find access to the ground level pool deck, and then choose to go up to the two upper levels via the stairs. The first level above the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and living room, wet bar, plus a formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, one guest bedroom with en suite bath, laundry room with laundry sink, and a half bath. The second level has a furnished central hallway with wet bar, three more guest bedrooms with baths and the master bedroom with en suite bath.
The first level above the ground floor has a kitchen that is a chef's delight. There are plenty of cabinets and granite-top counters, a large pantry and an island with a farmhouse style stainless steel sink and four bar stools on the living area side. All appliances are high-end stainless-steel, including dishwasher, counter-top glass-top range, two built-in self-cleaning and convection ovens with built-in microwave oven drawer under the island, and refrigerator/freezer. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! The living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper-sofa. There are expansive sliding glass doors leading out to an open but covered furnished balcony overlooking the canal and pool area. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room with a table seating 6 and sliding glass doors out to the two open but covered furnished balconies overlooking the canal, pool and back bay. The guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV and a balcony looking out over the boulevard with the Gulf of Mexico beyond. The en suite bath has a closet and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with large showerhead.
Access to the next level again is via the stairs. At the top of the stairs is the furnished central hallway with a wet bar with sink, cabinets and under cabinet lighting. At each end of the hallway are doors providing access to balconies, one over-looking the boulevard and the Gulf, and the other overlooking the canal, back bay, and pool. As noted there are three guest bedrooms on this level, a stack washer and dryer and the master bedroom with en suite bath. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower. This also leads into the next guest bedroom, furnished with a sleeper sofa. The last guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and nicely tiled walk-in shower. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliding glass doors out to a covered balcony over-looking the canal and back bay, as well as a door leading out to the other deck with the table seating four. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and the en suite bath has a granite vanity with dual lavatories, a separate commode room with a pocket door and a large nicely tiled doorless walk-in shower.
