Welcome to Once Upon A Tide, an amazing four bedroom, four bath multi-level private home situated beach front right on the Gulf of Mexico! This property is located at the northern end of the island and features unbelievable views of the palm trees and white sugar sand beach. You'll love the convenience of being able to walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, night life and so much more are just a short walk away. Seven miles of sugar sand beach is right at your back door. You won't want to miss our fabulous sunrises and sunsets. There is nothing better than to start the day sipping coffee while watching the dolphins play in the ocean and end the evening with a moonlit walk on the beach while taking in the sea air and Gulf breezes. Amenities at this home include a beach front partially covered entertainment area accessed through sliding doors from the enclosed garage. The partially covered entertainment area includes a heated swimming pool with a waterfall spa, sun deck, outdoor shower, half bath, large wall-mounted flat screen TV and gas grill. The entertainment area directly abuts the beachfront. The home also has a huge laundry room with sink, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, an elevator for access to all 3 levels, complimentary WIFI and smart TVs in each room, living room and pool. All linens and towels are provided. Enter the entry foyer and then by either elevator or stairs to the first level and the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas. There is beautiful marble-like tile flooring throughout this grand home, and many large windows. The kitchen is an absolute chef's delight with plenty of quartz counter-tops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or simply snacks, toast and coffee in the morning. Appliances are all high-end stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, a commercial style gas range with grill, two convection ovens and an under-counter microwave oven. The large kitchen island with farmhouse style sink also has dual dishwashers on the kitchen side and six high boy padded bar seats on the living area side. The living area is most comfortably furnished with an electronic reclining sofa, electronic recliners, and a large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen and living areas provide access to the large balcony furnished with a table seating eight and overlooking the beach and Gulf. Perfect place for al fresco dining! Awesome sunrises and sunsets will be enjoyed from this balcony as well. Also on the main level is the laundry room with sink and full-size washer and dryer. There is also a door leading to an open balcony on the front of the home, street-side. There is a first-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, adjacent to which is a hallway guest bath with decorator vanity and lavatory, commode, and walk-in shower with glass door. The master bedroom is on the third level and has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and upon waking in the morning the view is of the beach and Gulf of
Mexico. There are two sets of sliding glass doors, one of which opens out onto a balcony overlooking the beach, The en suite bath has a vanity with dual decorator vanities, a stand-alone round corner tub overlooking the beach, a separate commode room and a large walk-in shower with glass wall and glass door.
