Location is great for families or friends on a fun trip to take in all Destin has to offer!
Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the harbor from either of the two enormous wrap-around balconies.
This gorgeous unit is well appointed with high speed internet, 65” 4KHD Smart TV with BluRay player in great room and large flat screen Smart TVs with BluRay players in each of the three bedrooms.
The Master is beautifully furnished with a King size bed and walk-in closet. The master suite is also equipped with a walk-in shower and spa tub.
The second Master bedroom has a King sized bed, it’s own private bathroom and wrap around balcony with a view of the Gulf.
The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed and trundle with an attached full bathroom of its own.
The condo also has full size washer, dryer and wireless internet.
The amenities of Harbor Landing are at your disposal; grills, large pool, hot tubs, and exercise room. It’s a quick water taxi from the condo docks on the harbor side down to all the restaurants and shops of Harbor Walk. Hit the town at night or stay in and enjoy the large west facing balcony to watch the sunset and fireworks over Destin harbor. This unit will be the one you will want to return to year after year.
This complex has very strict parking rules, no trailer parking and maximum of 2 cars.
Smoking/vaping prohibited in the condo and on-site.
Set your GPS/GOOGLE/WAZE to the following address to 725 Gulf Shore Drive, Destin, FL 32541. The gate code for the property is #2680. The A building is on the right and the B building is on the left. You must come by our main office (842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541) first to receive your parking pass and wristbands if arriving during business hours.
