This 3 BR / 2 BA condo with panoramic ocean views is a gorgeous upscale designer's dream vacation home featuring hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and casual beach-style themed furnishings.
The location of this condo is truly in one of the premier spots on the entire Peninsula. You will have spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Beach, Catalina Island, and the famous Balboa Pier from the balcony of your 3rd floor vacation property. You are so close to the water you will hear the waves crashing when you go to bed at night and wake up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise. The master bedroom has ocean views from the comfort of your California king-sized bed. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom is perfect for your children with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom also has a flat-screen TV so guests can connect with their video games. You also have access to a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room for additional family members or guests.

Located near the Balboa Pier, close to the heart of the action, this oceanfront, upper floor condo features a full-kitchen, new front loading washer and dryer inside the condo, wide-screen TVs, DVDs, and WiFi internet access throughout the condo. Linens and towels are provided. There is a private balcony that can be accessed from your master bedroom or living room that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. This condominium is nicely secured behind security gates, includes 2 personal parking spaces, and there is an elevator that will take you up to your top floor with the nicest of views.
The bike path that goes the entire length of the Balboa Peninsula is located directly outside your condo. Take pleasure in fine dining at the many highly-rated restaurants or simply turn on the BBQ and savor your own home-cooked gourmet meal. There's no need to wander too far from home for entertainment, shops, and beach fun. The Balboa Fun Zone is a short walk where you can easily find boat rentals, trips to Catalina, whale watching trips (though during their migration you can often see them from your balcony), charter a fishing trip, or take the kids to the old-fashioned arcade next to the Ferris Wheel.

The condo was clean and had anything you could need for the week. It was warm during the day, but there were good fans in each room that made it comfortable. Laundry in the unit came in handy too and the parking garage was perfect for the coming and going.
If we get to the west coast again, we would definitely rent this unit in the future, the management company was very helpful and available for any questions or issues all week.

Nice to have parking.
unfortunately lots of noise from parking lot and sweaper. 2 stools from breakfast bar were unusable (wobbely). screen door in master bedroom had a long tear.
other than that we loved the place : )
