The full kitchen is equipped to handle any meal you may want to whip up during your stay when you're not out and about dining at one of the sumptuous restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar and dining space allow for either a quick bite to eat or a full meal to be shared. The private balcony overlooking the comings and goings of WaterColor is the perfect spot for an early morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
On the second floor of the condo (the third floor of the building), the master bedroom with its king sized bed and ensuite bathroom is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring WaterColor and the beautiful beaches. Needing a little alone time during your stay? The private balcony off the master bedroom features views of the gulf and is the perfect spot to slip away to and forget your worries. The second floor of the condo also hosts the guest bedroom with two queen sized beds. With plenty of closet space to unpack and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, the guest bedroom is the perfect setting to relax in during your stay. - NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through a specific vendor and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor information provided upon booking.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 1 Beach Cruiser Bicycle per bedroom.

- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
