A hallway bathroom serves this room, while the fourth bedroom (also featuring a king bed) has an en suite bathroom featuring combination tub/shower. This room also features a private entrance to the backyard patio. No matter where you're sleeping, guests can all enjoy the private hot tub after a long day of exploring the area.

This home is within 11 miles of four major ski resorts, a perfect location for guests who want to be close to the action. The Mesa Cortina Trailhead and Salt Like Trailhead are both within two-and-a-half miles (by foot!) of the home. If Dillon Reservoir is calling your name, Heaton Bay Campground is just under six miles away by car. Don't forget to stop by Frisco Adventure Park, eight miles away and offering outdoor activities in all seasons for different age groups!
