WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.
Tastefully decorated ground floor beachfront condo! Charming views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Guests are sure to enjoy their beach vacation at Seagull #103. This beachfront condo features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. This condo is tastefully and professionally decorated with features such as custom made kitchen & bathroom counters and tile & bamboo hardwood flooring. Seagull Condominiums has a great pool and hot tub area for guests to catch some sun and have fun! The beach access right next to the condo complex is perfect for a quick and direct route straight to the beach.
The main living room is a great spot for guests to unwind after a day of enjoying South Padre Island! The main living area is elegantly decorated and entails plenty of seating. Opening up the sliding doors on the entertainment center reveals a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating for 7 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The stylish kitchen has a great open concept and comes fully equipped with all pots, pans, and appliances you may need to prepare a fantastic meal. Attached to the main living area is the private oversized balcony which guests can relax on while enjoying the beach view, sound of the waves, and ocean breeze!
The master bedroom is spacious and features a King bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is roomy and has a nice tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This condo also features two additional guest rooms. The first guest room entails two sets of Twin trundle beds, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest room features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a shared guest bathroom. This shared guest bathroom also has a tiled walk-in shower.
