Nature lovers will be entranced by the ocean view and the flora and fauna on full display at this stunning property. Just a short distance away are the bluff-side trails of Garrapata State Park, and a bit farther are numerous hiking options in Andrew Molera and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Parks, Point Lobos State Reserve and more. Day trips into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Peninsula are easy so bring the golf clubs and pack your favorite walking shoes.
The elevated 530 sf studio guest house is all one level once inside and is equipped with a kitchenette with under-counter side-by-side fridge/freezer and a stove/oven unit (no dishwasher).

Both the main house and the guest house may be rented together (see our listing #3920) but the main house will not be rented to another guest if you take only the guest house so your privacy will be assured.

Even confident drivers must exercise a great deal of caution, especially in inclement weather or at night. The driveway itself is unpaved. Detailed driving instructions are provided and must be followed by guests staying at this home.
