Welcome to 367 Via Lido Soud, a one-of-a-kind bayfront luxury short term rental close to the beach, but away from the crowds. It is centrally located on the bayfront on prestigious Lido Island in Newport Beach. Enjoy commanding water views from the ground level patio, living room, master suite, and roof top deck. Your family will love the location and its amenities. Directly in front is a lovely bay beach perfect for families right off the front patio. Steps away is the Lido Clubhouse with a private beach for residents, and drop-off/pick-up dock access right next door in the “Genoa Boat Garden.” Simply open the doors to your private resort and feel the weight of the world subside.
This 3 bed 4-bathroom custom home was built from the ground up and completed in 2022 with all the finest finishes. The main level features a spacious living room that opens to amazing views of the bay, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and large sliding doors that put the panoramic water views on display.
