Property Manager presents, 316B WaterSound Crossings that is a traditional decor beach condo with the perfect size to accommodate a family looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The Gulf views and ample indoor and outdoor space make this a perfect place to create those beach memories.
Stepping into this cozy, traditional condo, you'll start relaxing in the comfort it provides. The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other's company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscoting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can't help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day.
The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed, soft pastel coloring throughout and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a tufted king sized bed with traditional decor. Waking up to views of the Gulf and access to the balcony are perks to any stay in this room. With an ensuite bathroom, any guest would feel pampered to stay here. The king size master suite is so expansive that it takes up one whole side of this beach condo. The four-poster bed with dark mahogany tones and traditional lines make this master suite the ideal spot to relax in and dream about the next day's activities. The ensuite bathroom is the icing on the cake with its separate tub, shower and double vanities.

And with this rental you are also granted access to the community pool at The Bridges of WaterSound as well as the Dunes Sider Pool in the main section of WaterSound. With all there is to do here, don't forget to make time to relax, lay back and sink your toes in the warm sugar sand beaches that make this destination one of the best in America.
Also for your entertainment, The Hub on 30A is a quick 10 minutes walk down the bike path from the house. It takes approximately 5 minutes or less to bike to The Hub. It is a great venue for kids/families/couples as it provides areas to lounge, eat and run around in along with a variety of food vendors to purchase dinner and drinks from. There is a large amphitheater where you can find musicians playing one night to college game day football on a projection screen the next. There is fun for everyone at The Hub!

- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
