Description
Grand Oaks is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private, fenced yard that is dog friendly. The home was completely remodeled in 2024. It has a private driveway and carport, there is enough space to park a boat and trailer.
Inside Amenities:
The living area features plenty of seating with a large wall-mounted TV and Playstation 4 for the kids. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The cocktail table has plenty of games, perfect for making family memories.
The dining area has wrap-around custom built seating, with enough space for everyone to have a sit-down dinner, or do a little work on vacay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee maker, toaster, mircowave, fridge/freezer, and all of the utensils needed.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, with a large wall-mounted TV, and closet space and clothing storage.
The bunk room has a full over queen bunk bed and a futon. There is a dresser for clothing storage in the bunk room.
The bathroom, located in the back hallway, has an additional storage cabinet as well as a custom built tile shower.
Outside Amenities:
The back deck has outdoor covered seating for 4.
In the yard you'll find an outdoor sink and drying rack for scuba gear.
There is a small fire pit for your use.
In the back of the yard there is a picnic table perfect if you wish to read a book while listening to the birds, or enjoy some games outside. We do have some yard games as well.
Fenced backyard, perfect to have some fun with your dog.

Close to St. Andrew's State Park (swimming, wildlife viewing, bay fishing, pier fishing, boat ramp)
