VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 4 vehicles (includes golf carts, boat trailers, or any other recreational vehicles)
PETS ALLOWED 2 dog, max 30lbs. (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted.)
WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.
WRISTBANDS ARE $25+TAX/PERSON
Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

Located on the bay interior side of SPI, this breathtaking private house offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI!
The upstairs entails 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen size beds. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the bay area on the 2nd floor. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.
Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchens located both upstairs and downstairs for a total of 3 kitchens! These kitchens have everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table upstairs has seating 6 people with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter and the additional dining tables downstairs will each have seating for up to 4 people.
This home does have wireless internet.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a King size beds and flat screen tv. As an addition to this bedroom you will find a full kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave and stove top for guests use. Each living area will be equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests in each downstairs unit.
The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun. The balcony faces partially to the pool area provides seating to enjoy an elevated island breeze while getting a gorgeous sunset view towards the bay!
