Absolutely stunning two bedroom, two bath condo in the beautiful River Crossing community in Barefoot Resort. This second floor beauty is decorated with brand name furnishings and beautiful appointments throughout its 1,100 square feet of wonderful living space.
The spacious open floor plan allows for fun family gatherings or just spending quality time with friends. The custom painted living room has a sectional sofa providing ample seating space for everyone in your group. Just off the living room is a divine lanai overlooking the Greg Norman golf course. Comfortable furnishings await you there for total relaxation, morning coffee or afternoon cocktails accompanied by the constant breezes coming from the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance.
Adjoining the living area is the beautiful dining room with seating for six. The adjacent full kitchen is over stocked with wonderful cookware and serving dishes. Everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal at your home away from home is here waiting for you.
On one end of the villa is the marvelous master suite with a king size bed, TV, closet and a private full bath suite. The second bedroom hosts two twin beds and a queen murphy bed. Another full bath suite is just outside in the hallway, serving the twin suite and guests.
River Crossing has its own private swimming pool just across from the villa. There you have lounge chairs, umbrella tables, bathrooms, and two BBQ grills. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool on the waterway by the marina. The seasonal resort shuttle will pick you up at the community entrance and have you on the beach in minutes!
