Full remodel! New AC, appliances and furnishings! Wailea Ekahi 45A is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo conveniently located on the ground floor. It has exceptional garden views with TWO large private lanais.
This unit is fully equipped with all that you will need for a great vacation on Maui! Beautifully appointed with modern, tropical furnishings throughout. The living area is very spacious and opens up to a large lanai. Enjoy dining al fresco then grab a seat in one of the lounge chairs and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Living room offers a comfy Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate up to four guests in this unit. Lay back and watch a movie on the 55 inch Smart T.V. Kitchen joins the living area and is fully stocked with all service and cookware as well as appliances and utensils needed to whip up breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Efficient ductless AC in living area and bedroom.
The primary Bedroom has a luxurious King size bed and an ensuite bath with a glass clock walk-in shower. There is AC in the bedroom to cool off after a day in the sun. Some other conveniences in this condo are a full size washer/dryer, free parking, free WiFi, cable TV and a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower. This unit has a great view looking down at quiet pool # 3. You will find beach towels with beach chairs in the unit for your use to enjoy when strolling down to the beach!
Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion. You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It can't get much better than this! Walk along the beach path to the Wailea Shops & Tennis Club and five of the most prestigious hotels of Wailea. The Fairmont, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, Wailea Marriott Resort & Spa, and The Andaz Hotel are a few minutes walk along the promenade. Enjoy the sunset, see whales in season, access beach activities like paddle boarding, and stroll to dinner and back along the lit Wailea Walking Path.
New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.
