Description
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #34 - Great English Tudor-Style Family Vacation Home With a Private Hot Tub and WiFi!
This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor-style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room features a queen-sized futon and a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan features a combination laundry/mud room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a built-in gas fireplace, and one full bath en-suite. The 2nd-floor loft/living area features a queen-sized futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor, a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
