Moose Head Lodge is an ultra-comfortable mountain log cabin retreat resting on the bank of the Wenatchee River in the Leavenworth community of Ponderosa Estates.
Nestled along the serene banks of the Wenatchee River in the Ponderosa Estates community, Moose Head Lodge (Permit #000460) is a beautiful mountain log cabin retreat that offers a perfect combination of rustic charm and modern comfort. This hand-hewn log home is a true testament to craftsmanship, offering an incredible location with breathtaking riverfront views, making it an ideal getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The lodge is set within a picturesque oasis, boasting one of the best low-bank riverfront locations in Plain Valley. A stone staircase leads down to a secluded sandy beach, where guests can enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river and the beauty of the natural surroundings. For ultimate relaxation, the cabin features a 6-person hot tub positioned just above the water’s edge, providing the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the stunning views.
Moose Head Lodge comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three well-appointed bedrooms. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen log bed, while the two upstairs bedrooms include a queen bed in one room and a set of bunk beds plus a twin bed in the other. The main floor bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. There is an additional bathroom in an outbuilding, which features a private shower.
