Whether you're here when snow flurries are falling or when the Colorado sun is high in the sky, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy year-round outdoor adventure!
When you’re not out and about, enjoy time with friends/family on the property’s slope-view balconies, or soak in the private hot tub to ease aches from outdoor adventures! The heated flooring ensures that you won't catch a chill during the winter months. This modern vacation rental features a large gourmet kitchen with an island and bar and a tastefully furnished living room surrounding a cozy fireplace. The open concept living space allows for stunning views and lots of light from the large windows. This home has 2 furnished balconies overlooking the mountains, one containing a private hot tub. The townhome also features a Wi-Fi Printer available for boarding passes, or business purposes.
There is a lot of space for all your family and friends to enjoy the life of luxury with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that include either showers or a freestanding tub, plus an additional half bath, so mornings can easily be planned for conducting daily routines. In addition there are two primary suites with king sized beds.
Keystone Adventures Basecamp is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. So while you are enjoying your time in Keystone, you can rest assured that you will be able to charge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge!

(This is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally.) Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.There is parking onsite for two vehicles in the garage and two more in the driveway

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
