***Disclosure: Sewer Line Replacement Project
Start Date: Nov 4, 2024 (revised on 10/20/24)
Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks
Work Areas: Most activities will take place in the courtyard and walkway areas, with some work in the crawlspace under unit D2.
Access: Some walkways will be temporarily removed for digging and pipe replacement, which will make access to some units challenging. However, complete loss of access to any unit is not expected.
Interior Impact: No damage to interiors is anticipated.
Working Hours:
Days: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Holidays: No work on holidays
Water Shut-offs:
Temporary water shut-offs will occur during the project. Zach and the HPT team will provide notifications a day in advance.
Please refrain from using water or flushing toilets during the shutdown periods ie, while they are working at the time of disconnecting and connecting. Any necessary cleanup due to water usage during these times will incur a $1,500 fee per the contract with Hawaii Pacific Trenchless.***
