Great home for large groups and multiple families! Short walk to Lumberjack Chairlift. Easy access to green terrain and the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School. 2nd Floor: Large foyer entry area. Private, 2 car heated garage. Laundry room with large washer and dryer. Mudroom with cubbies and plenty of space for gear. Bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 2 separate twin beds (total of 6 twin beds in this room). Bedroom featuring a king-size bed and en suite bathroom features shower/tub combination. Bedroom featuring 2 double size beds and en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a large walk-in shower.
3rd Floor: Main floor of the home. Large living room with natural stone gas fireplace. Flat-screen TV with DVD player. Gourmet kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, unique counters, gas range, and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Large dining room table seats up to 8 people (up to 10) comfortably.
