Description
Emmalani Court is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. It is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top rated Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Makai golf course. This well maintained complex is located within walking distance to the Princeville Resort, Pali Ke Kua beach, Hideaways, Queens Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in Princeville. Watch the incredible sunsets from the point of the property or a bbq at the pool and hot tub. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world class surfing is a short drive away.
This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers and families. The Bathrooms and Kitchen have recently been renovated. This unit has recently had many upgrades. These upgrades include new furniture, beds, linens and a very well stocked kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable there is wifi and A/C in both bedrooms, as well as the living area. Each bedroom has en-suites on opposite ends of the townhouse making it ideal for couples traveling together. One King in the primary bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Parking is free and unassigned.
***DISCLOSURE Update 10/31/24: work that will necessitate the closure of the pool from October 22 for 4-6 weeks has been approved. Anticipated end date is Dec 4, 2024.
The Pool will be drained, cleaned, and regrouted as part of this project.
Pool equipment replacement will also be performed in the scope of this project.
The scope of work that will be performed is as follows:
1. The complete draining of the pool
2. The pool will need to properly dry
3. The cleaning and prep for grout, misc tile replacement
4. The grouting of the pool shell, and grout cure time
5. The refill of the water in the pool, and balance of the water's chemical levels
Equipment replacement:
1. Pool and spa filter canisters and media replacement
2. Pool and spa filter pump motors replacement
3. Multiport replacement for pool and spa
4. Spa heater unit installation
5. Spa flow meter installation
Property Manager is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.
VRBO/Hawaii Life bookings: Guests must sign a rental contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.

location in Princeville. I worked from here for 2 weeks with no issues. Close by beaches, grocery store, and neighborhood walking trails. Plan to stay here again next visit.
Nice new bathrooms, Not all Lights were functioning, clean.
Insect door from living room not really functioning. Well equiped.
You can also hike down to Hideaways beach, one of the greatest, secluded beaches on the north shore. It took about 20 min to walk from the condo to the beach each way. In the afternoons we made use of the pool, which was perfect temp, clean and refreshing. 2 onsite BBQ grills are also available, where we grilled food for dinners several times through the week. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful, beautiful north Kauai location, look no further! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!
Quite spot, comfortable and close to everything you need.
Walk to beaches, a sunset point, and good restaurants.
Would definitely return.
