This beautiful St. George Utah Vacation Home is located about 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and only 32 miles from Zion National Park. This beautiful property is the perfect St. George, Utah Vacation Home. Featuring stylish décor and a private entrance. Enjoy access to two heated community swimming pools and hot tubs, putting green, clubhouse, and a fitness center. There is also a fishing pond located across the street from the community.
This beautiful 2,733 square feet home has a pack and Plays for the little ones. You will enjoy 2 living rooms. One on the main level with the additional living room upstairs with a game room. This home features two master suites one on the main level featuring a king. The second master suite also features two queens. The third bedroom features two Twin over Full Bunk Beds.
Enjoy this fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home. Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large dining room table there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also additional seating on the back patio off the main level living room. The living room features a flat-screen TV. The second upstairs living room has a flat screen, Pin Ball Machine, Foose ball, and game table to enjoy as well as a variety of games.
Guests are also provided golf discounts at Coral Ridge golf course.
Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy numerous golf courses, mountain bike trails, hiking, biking and running trails.
