Due to the colder temperatures the board is requesting that all common doors are closed and not propped open for the safety of the building and the possibility of freezing pipes.
Smoking (Any Substances): As a reminder per the rules and regulations of Chateau Claire tenants / guest are not allowed to smoke inside or outside of any kind.
Quite Hours are from 10pm to 8am, No Parties!
