This four bedroom townhome is part of The Sanctuary Townhomes, located at the edge of the Arapahoe National Forest in a quiet aspen wooded neighborhood.
This beautiful townhome is perfect for your next mountain getaway! With four bedrooms, it sleeps up to 10 individuals. The modern, updated spacious kitchen and dining room provides everything you need to prepare home cooked meals during your stay. Enjoy a private hot tub off your private deck. The living area features plenty of seating for your entire group, as well as a flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. There is also an upstairs den area with another flat screen TV and couch seating.
