This charming 2 bedroom condo is the perfect retreat your family has been looking for! Conveniently located in River Run Village, you can walk to the slopes in a brisk 2 minutes or enjoy the many nearby shops and dining options! When you enter the condo you'll understand what sets this one apart from the rest! The lovely kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and an oversized stone slab countertop, perfect for eating, enjoying a beverage or playing games! There is seating for up to six guests at the bar-counter, and this efficient use of space allows for more room to relax in the living room. Freshly updated living room furniture, a flat screen TV, and a stone-wrapped gas fireplace adorn the living room. Just off the living room is the square facing patio with 2 chairs and views of the nearby slopes. This patio is perfect for sipping hot coco, watching the snow fall and viewing the ice skaters in the rink below!
The primary bedroom is complete with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom featuring a dual sink vanity and separate water closet. The guest bedroom features two twin over twin bunk beds.
Expedition Station is an amenity rich building. Inside on the the lobby level you’ll find a massive, beautiful stone fireplace setting with cozy seating arrangements. There is an adjacent entertainment alcove with large wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a handsomely rugged billiards table for all to enjoy. Relax in the year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub just outside the main lobby. Steps down the hall you’ll have key-card access to a plentiful exercise room, with weight and cardio machines, as well as the adjacent steam room. You’ll also have a private ski-locker just steps from the front door of the building, a heated, underground parking garage, and on site laundry facilities. Directly out the front doors of Expedition Station is Dercum Square’s quaint outdoor skating rink (mini-golf in the summer-time), and of course you’re just a 2-3 minute walk to all of the inner-village activities, shopping and dining of River Run Village and the River Run Gondola.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots.
