Welcome to 54 Outpost Drive! This property has been thoughtfully designed with high end finishes and is the perfect home base for you next Keystone Vacation! The condo features gorgeous wood floors throughout the main level of the home, granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a Sonos sound system, and brand new comfortable furnishings. Look out your window and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges while you enjoy quality time with family and friends. The large private patio features furniture and a grill for summer cookouts. On the first floor of the home, there is a second living room where you can cozy up on the large sectional and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is also a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private patio entrance, and walk in closet. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a large standing shower. The 3 guest rooms feature queen sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
After a long day on the slopes, take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub! The surrounding area has several hiking trails, a soothing walking trail along the river, and opportunity to view Colorado wildlife during the warmer months. Enjoy fly fishing, paddle boating, scenic drives and more when you come to Colorado during the summer and spring! With skiing being the main attraction to Keystone, there is a convenient shuttle stop located just a short walk from the home. River Run is the closest village which has access to the Gondola, but Mountain House is only a short drive/shuttle ride from the village that has access to the Peru chairlift. Guests of the Alders also receive access to the Dakota Lodge Pool and Hot Tub in River Run Village. Pool Keys are located in the property.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots.
