Description
Convenience, space and great amenities come together in this three level, three bedroom charming townhome! Located just a two minute walk to the Mountain House base area, Ironwood is a small group of Townhomes that gives you privacy as well as great amenities like a one car garage and a small backyard with a private hot tub! There's ample space in the home, with over 1,800 square feet on three levels.
Each floor has it's own bedroom and bathroom and there are two living spaces; perfect for bringing the whole family! The second floor main entryway is a split level. There's a lower level mud room to unpack and store gear and clothing and stairs to access the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living area is open and inviting with vaulted ceilings, a huge gas fireplace, a full bathroom in the hallway and a nice second story deck with a BBQ that faces the slopes!
The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a beautiful stone countertop that opens into the dining area. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Downstairs off of the mudroom is another living room with a TV and access to the lower level backyard and patio. The back yard is fenced and features a private hot tub! There's also a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience.
The primary suite is upstairs featuring towering ceilings, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, a flat screen TV, and king sized bed! The en suite bathroom is huge with a nearly wall to wall vanity and duel sinks, a glass stall shower and separate soaking tub! The first guest bedroom is on the main level and features a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed and flat screen TV. There are also two queen sleeper sofas, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the main living room. There is a private garage that fits one car with additional space in the driveway for a second car. This townhome is great proximity to the ski slopes, with a short 2 minute walk to Mountain House base area, or an 8 minute walk to the River Run base area. If you don't feel like walking, the free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up at the next door property every 20 minutes.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.This condo has two parking spaces.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots.
