Description
Welcome to your Keystone Retreat, the ideal condo for convenience and comfort! The oversized Slopeside condo is located in the Mountain House base area and is a quick two minute walk to the Mountain House Lifts! The Living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing and has plenty of seating for the whole family. There is a flat-screen TV with cable television. The living room opens up onto a balcony with beautiful slope views and seating for two people. The fully equipped and updated kitchen is perfect for all of your cooking needs and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and has a renovated en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and has quick access to the hallway bathroom which has been recently remodeled as well. There is additional sleeping for another 2 people on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
This is one of only two condo complexes that is as close to the slopes as you can get! Laundry is just 10 feet away, so it's like having your own in-room laundry. Underground heated garage parking, ski locker and free wireless internet are included in your stay. At the end of a long day on the slopes, ease your muscles in one of 2 hot tubs with spectacular slope views. Enjoy the stunning views from your private patio, or the communal courtyard which features a fire pit, seating and a grill. This condo is located right in the Mountain House ski area where you can find lift tickets, ski school, children's center for ski school, activities, and day care, retail shops with clothes and ski gear, restaurants, coffee shops, and an arcade.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
The condo has parking for one vehicle.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
