2609 Tenderfoot Lodge is without a doubt one of the best properties at the Mountain House base area in Keystone! With impeccable updates, charming features and an incredible location, this condo will be impossible to top for your next family adventure! When entering the condo you're greeted by a small, but functional mud room with a bench seat. The kitchen is fully updated and well stocked. The lovely granite countertops wrap around the kitchen for great convenience while preparing meals. The dual oven and crock pot are sure to please the family chef. Just off the kitchen is a nice dining room table that seats 6 people comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and two comfy leather couches. You can also access the ground floor patio from the living area; which has a few nice chairs you can relax in.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom featuring a steam shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin, double and twin trundle bunk bed. The guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests, and private stacked laundry for your convenience.
Laid out on the ground floor, this condo has nearly 1,200 square feet of living space! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, you'll be able to accommodate the whole group easily! Tenderfoot Lodge is very conveniently located and has underground parking equipped with 4 EV charging stations. You can walk to the slopes in under 5 minutes and when you return there are two outdoor hot tubs for your enjoyment!

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
