Description
Welcome to Lodgepole! This hidden gem is the perfect combination of value, comfort and experience! Situated in the middle of Keystone Resort, this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a lovely secluded location on the corner of the first floor! You'll appreciate the open main living area with its' wrap around windows and traditional furniture. The living room and dining area receive ample natural light and have great ambiance with the many beautiful aspen trees right outside your windows. There's a large great for relaxing on long summer afternoons. Inside, the dining area has seating for six and the updated kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. The living room features a cozy, stone-wrapped gas fireplace and a big sectional! There's plenty of room for the whole family to unwind and watch a movie after a long day on the slopes.
The large primary bedroom is the perfect sanctuary, featuring a king sized, flat screen TV, and large windows that overlook a small meadow. There is a nice recliner chair where you can get away to relax and read a book. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity, separate water closet, and a large walk in shower. There is also a large closet perfect for storing bulky suitcases, gear and clothing. The guest bedroom features one double bed and one queen bed, a flat screen TV, and ample storage space. Both of the bathrooms in the condo even feature in floor heating for added comfort! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
At Lodgepole, guests have access to many great amenities. After a long day of skiing, relax in the Lodgepole indoor pool and hot tub. Outside the pool area, there is a courtyard with tables so you can take advantage of the beautiful summer nights and enjoy a meal outside. There is also on-site laundry, access to a ski locker right outside the front door, quick access to the bike path, and a free shuttle service that picks up at Lodgepole every 20 minutes to take you to the slopes! Staying at 2019 Lodgepole, you'll have everything at your fingertips for a fantastic vacation!
Keystone Lodge and Spa - Guests of Lodgepole can purchase day passes to the Keystone Lodge and Spa, located on highway 6, for a small daily fee. Day passes will include access to pool, workout facility and sauna.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
