You'll find every gadget and gizmo needed to prepare the perfect meal! A beautiful china cabinet and elk antler chandelier round out the upscale dining room that features a 6 - 12 person dining table. In the summer you can pull out the BBQ and cookout on the recently installed front patio, or relax on the sunny front porch with an afternoon ice tea. On the main floor you will also find a mud room. Downstairs is the second living room doubling as a game room and kids play area. This large room has two comfy couches and a full size washer and dryer. There are two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first bedroom features two twin beds. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and two large sunny windows. Off the downstairs living room you'll find another full bathroom and a third bedroom with a king bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth guest room featuring a king size bed and a twin bunk trundle bed, vaulted ceilings and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite encompasses the entire upstairs east wing of the home.  This oversized room features an elevated king sized bed, vaulted ceilings, three large windows and a small sitting area. You'll find an inviting shower and duel sinks with plenty of counter space in the ensuite primary bathroom.
Situated on a quarter acre, corner lot lot, 13 Bear Tree is nestled among the aspen and pine trees on a quiet cul de sac. This home has a private heated two car garage and extra room in the driveway so you can bring the whole family. Don't feel like driving? No problem! ADVANTAGES: Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
